Historical Restoration
Restoring a historical home takes patience, planning
and experience. At RHP Construction we have all
three. We have been involved with several
historical restorations and have extensive
experience with historical home restoration
tax rebates. The government paperwork process
to apply for and ultimately receive full tax credits
due can be very complex. At RHP Construction we
have the know how to successfully accomplish this.
In order to receive State Historic Tax
Credits, Federal Historic Tax Credits,
Neighborhood Preservation Tax Credits,
Real Estate Tax Abatement and/or St.
Louis City Block Grant Money, certain
historic characteristics must be carefully preserved.
We have existing relationships
with City, State, Federal officials who are responsible
for these credits. To assure the tax credits are
earned we must give painstaking attention to detail.
Here are some examples of what
we do to restore history.

what was there originally.
