Our process allows us to work closely
with you to give you the best value
for your budget, need and taste. You will first
receive a verbal estimate and upon your approval,
we will proceed to the next phase of the project.
When all the elements of the project are defined
and selected you will receive a final written
budget.
You are involved every step of the
way so that there are no surprises, and you
will know exactly what you will receive
and when.
We also help you with the selection
of various elements of your project including
cabinets, flooring, windows, etc. The final choice,
of course, is up to you.
Here’s a simple outline of our process:
1. Initial consultation
2. Design sketches
3. Architectural drawings
4. Approvals for permits, architectural seals
and structural engineer seals
if necessary
5. Ordering materials
6. Inspection of materials for quality and accuracy
7. Building and installation
8. Project Completion
During our first meeting we will explain our
process in more detail so that you have a full
understanding of all the steps needed to complete
your project on time and within your budget.
